About the Foundation

The European Intelligence-driven Security, Privacy and Resilience Centre of Excellence (EU-INSPIRE CoE) is a pioneering, non-profit legal entity based in Cyprus, established to contribute to the transformation of cybersecurity and digital innovation across the European Union.

Created as a legally independent organisation and shaped by the enduring impact and structure of a foundation, the EU-INSPIRE CoE carries forward the mission of the EU-funded EU-INSPIRE project.Through education, research, collaboration and knowledge exchange, the Centre aims to strengthen expertise, connect communities and contribute to a more secure and resilient digital Europe.
